CARTER B. BRYAN
Chairman
Mr. Bryan has over 40 years of experience working in healthcare and insurance industries. The Bryan family was one of the original founders of the publicly traded and Jacksonville, FL based Independent Life Insurance Company. In 1986 Carter Bryan started IMG, a health-insurance brokerage distribution company that supported over 2,800 representatives across the southeast. Known for his dedication to healthcare issues, Mr. Bryan has served on numerous hospital boards and is currently a member of the board of directors of Wolfson Children’s Hospital. Mr. Bryan is also extensively involved in the American Cancer Society. In addition to Serving on the national board, he was Chairman of the Board of the Florida Division and President of the local unit.

P. BUTLER BALL
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ball has over 14 years of successful domestic and international entrepreneurial and leadership experience. Mr. Ball was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of Independent Marketing Group, a life insurance general agency based in Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Ball has also served as the Associate Director of Philanthropy for The Nature Conservancy, successfully started and operated three international businesses, and served as the Argentina customer service manager for Landmark Graphics, a Halliburton company. Mr. Ball serves on the board of directors of Independent Marketing Group and the Board of Trustees of The Nature Conservancy - Florida Chapter. Mr. Ball has served as the chairman of a private foundation based in Georgia as well as a member of the The Bolles School Board of Visitors. Mr. Ball holds a bachelor of arts from Washington and Lee University.

MICHAEL J. WALLACE, CPA, CBM, MBA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Wallace has over 16 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Mr. Wallace most recently served as a consultant to HomeWise Insurance Company, HomeWise Preferred Insurance Company and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. Mr. Wallace also served as the chief financial officer of Physicians Preferred Insurance Reciprocal and Physicians Preferred Insurance Management, LLC where he managed the financial, underwriting and policyholder services operations. Mr. Wallace also served as a director and chief financial officer at Intrepid Capital Corporation and has extensive experience in internal controls and regulatory financial reporting to various regulatory agencies including the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, NAIC, SEC, NASD and IRS. Mr. Wallace holds a Certified Business Manager (CBM) designation, is a licensed CPA in Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Wallace holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master in Business Administration from the University of North Florida.

TIMOTHY R. BONE
Director of Risk Management

Mr. Bone has over 34 years of experience in the insurance and risk management industry and has extensive experience in underwriting physicians and managing medical malpractice claims. Mr. Bone most recently served as the president of Physicians Preferred Insurance Reciprocal and Physicians Preferred Insurance Management, LLC and has also worked at Standard Life Insurance Company, Medical Protective Company, Kentucky Medical Insurance Company, Florida Physicians Insurance Company, the American Institute of Medical Law, the Nemours Foundation, and Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Gallagher Healthcare Insurance Services. Mr. Bone holds a bachelor of science from DePauw University.

SAMUEL O. SHIVER
Director of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Shiver has over eight years of experience in healthcare and governmental affairs. Mr. Shiver served as the Associate Director of Governmental Affairs for the Florida Medical Association after completion of his undergraduate work. After gaining extensive knowledge and expertise within the healthcare arena, Mr. Shiver founded SOS Governmental Consulting in which his primary legislative focus was based around representing the interests of both medical associations and specialty societies in the state of Florida. Mr. Shiver also expanded his services offering to provide General and Campaign Media Consulting for political candidates throughout Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Mr. Shiver holds a Bachelor of Science in Inter-Disciplinary Social Science and Political Science from Florida State University.

MCCARTHY CRENSHAW III, CFP®
Director of Advanced Planning
Mr. Crenshaw received his B.A. in business economics from Wofford College in Spartanburg, S.C. and is a Certified Financial Planner. Mr. Crenshaw started his financial career at CPA Retirement Network as a financial advisor assisting telecommunication professionals with integrated retirement planning. Mr. Crenshaw then transitioned to Mercantile Securities in Jacksonville, Florida where he served as a Vice-President to provide high net worth individuals with investment advice and comprehensive financial planning services. In 2005, Mr. Crenshaw joined the Physicians Advantage team of professionals.

SHELDON BRYAN
Director
Mr. Bryan currently serves as the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Independent Marketing Group, which he has built to be the 4th largest Independent Marketing Organization in the United States. Mr. Bryan is an experienced investor, insurance broker and financial advisor. He received his B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College and served as a financial advisor for MassMutual Financial Group, before joining Lincoln Financial Advisors / Sagemark Consulting where he served as a financial planner.
